Cookie Policy
Effective: 2 November 2026
Last updated: 2 November 2026
Version: 1.3
1. Introduction and scope
This Cookie Policy explains how sysplore.com and our Products use cookies and similar technologies, what each one is for, how we ask for your choice, and how you can control them. It applies to our website and to our Products. It forms part of our Terms of Service and is to be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser and that is returned to the server with your subsequent requests. Cookies allow a website to recognize requests as belonging to the same session. Local storage is a comparable storage area within your browser, which we also use as described in section 6.
3. Cookies we set
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
sysplore_session |
sysplore.com | Associates a form submission with the visit that produced it, so that a third party cannot submit a form on your behalf. It contains a signed token and no personal data. | 12 hours |
cf_clearance |
Cloudflare | Records that a request has passed the security check that protects the site. It is set by our network provider, not by us, and contains no personal data. | Up to 1 year |
_chatwoot_session |
support.sysplore.com | Maintains a support chat session across page views. Set only if you accept the support chat. | Session |
The sysplore_session cookie is marked HttpOnly and Secure, and its SameSite attribute is set to Lax. It is set only when you open or submit a form. A page view that does not involve a form sets no cookie.
The _chatwoot_session cookie is set by the support chat, which we load only after you accept it through the cookie banner. If you reject, the chat is not loaded and this cookie is not set.
The click-to-call widget in the header is provided by Zadarma. It sets no cookie on sysplore.com. Its scripts are served from our own server. When a page loads, the widget checks the call status with zadarma.com, and a call streams its audio from zadarma.com. Any cookie that Zadarma sets is stored against its own domain and governed by Zadarma's own cookie and privacy policies.
4. Cookies we do not set
We do not set, and do not permit others to set through our website, any of the following:
- analytics or measurement cookies, including any cookie set by Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar or a comparable tool;
- advertising or targeting cookies;
- tracking cookies or pixels;
- social media cookies;
- any functionality cookie other than those listed in section 3.
5. Payment pages
Payment pages are hosted by the payment provider and are not embedded on our domain. The cookies that a payment provider sets are governed by that provider's own cookie and privacy policies. We do not set a cookie of our own on a payment page, and we do not embed a payment flow on our domain.
6. Local storage
Our support chat stores a limited amount of data in your browser's local storage so that it can restore your conversation and cache the help articles it displays. This data is associated with our support host and contains no personal data beyond the conversation reference. Clearing your browser data removes it.
We also keep your cookie choice in your browser's local storage. It is a first party value, it is not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
7. Managing cookies
You can view, control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to list the cookies stored, delete individual cookies or all of them, block cookies from one site or from every site, block cookies set by another site, and clear all cookies when you close the browser. If you block or delete the sysplore_session cookie, forms on our website will not work.
8. Consent and legal basis
The sysplore_session cookie is strictly necessary for the operation of the website and its forms, and the cf_clearance cookie is set by our network provider to protect the site. Under the ePrivacy Directive, and its implementation in the United Kingdom, strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, and these are the only cookies we set without it.
The support chat sets the _chatwoot_session cookie, which is not strictly necessary. We load the chat, and set that cookie, only after you accept it, and if you reject the chat is not loaded and the cookie is not set. The click-to-call widget sets no cookie on our domain, so the banner does not gate it. We ask for your choice through the cookie banner, and you can change it at any time through the "Cookie settings" control in the footer. Until you make a choice, we set no cookie that requires consent.
We do not sell or share personal information by means of cookies, and there is accordingly no sale or sharing to opt out of under the CCPA.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may amend this Policy. We publish the amended version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and a new version identifier.
